How do I register to view a broadcast?

The vendor’s agent, or vendor, will send you a link taking you to the registration page, usually this will appear in the electronic sales brochure. The process is the same for both On-Demand broadcasts or Live.

Can I view any broadcasts or do I need to be invited?

Once you have registered for PropViewTV you can watch any broadcasts listed on the site, provided you login.

How long will the broadcast last?

A typical broadcast should be in the region of 5 minutes.

On a Live Broadcast what happens if they have not shown an area of the property I would like to see?

Use the interactive functions (question box / request call back) to let us know and we will film an exclusive video and send it to you via e-mail (only available on Live Broadcasts).

On Live Broadcasts will all participants be able to see the additional film clip I request?

No, this is only sent to the person making the request.

Can all participants see the questions I type into the interactive question box?

Only if the question is typed in the default text box. If the user wishes for the dialogue to be hidden, and remain private, then they can select the 'private message' option by clicking on the arrow icon to the top corner of the message box. A private message box will then appear.

How long will the PropView TV team be on site after the broadcast finishes to answer questions?

On Live Broadcasts only, we will be there for 1 hour after the broadcast finishes.

What time do the Live Broadcasts start?

Usually they will start at 3.00pm GMT.

How soon before the Live Broadcast starts should I login?

For a Live Broadcast it is recommended that you log on about 30 minutes prior to ensure everything is working correctly. On the holding page you will be able to peruse the sales documentation (PDF Brochure / lease details / floor plans etc) relevant to the property which the vendor’s agent has uploaded. For the On-Demand Broadcasts you can log-in and view the broadcast at any time.

How do I know a Live Broadcast is about to commence?

You will see a countdown timer when you have registered and you will automatically be redirected to the viewing page when the live broadcast is about to start. For On-Demand Broadcasts you will immediately be taken to the start of the film which will commence automatically.

What should I do if I have problems logging in?

How do I contact the vendor’s agent?

All the relevant contact details will be on the Investment Summary section (first screen) when you register, alternatively, there is a facility to ‘request a call back’ during the film.
