PropViewTV have pioneered an exclusive application (using the latest technology) to allow any vendor, or their retained Investment Advisor, to use the PropViewTV real-time viewing platform. Alternatively if you would prefer us to manage the complete end to end process for a disposal of an investment property, this is also something we can deliver.

PropViewTV is designed specifically for vendors and/or their agents in the line of commercial investment property sales. PropView TV will film, edit and broadcast a virtual viewing of any investment property in the UK, or abroad, to add a new dimension to the current and traditional forms of marketing investment property.

PropView TV have pioneered a new platform to stream a live broadcast, over the internet, to prospective purchasers. The audience is able to interact throughout the process to ask questions pertinent to the sale, and can even request for specific areas of the property/location to be filmed for them exclusively. Once the broadcast has ended it can be easily downloaded and watched again.

With a multi lingual facility also available, PropViewTV can deliver a truly international service (e.g. Overseas and non-domicile investors, European Fund Managers, foreign syndicates etc).
